For your  safety, comfortable and memorable Tour with us, we are highly appreciate for the following terms and condition. 

• The itineraries in this website are taken as a guidelines only. so please contact us, we can redesign as per you budget , time and health conditions.
•  It is highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays to avoid frustrating consequence because of the weather of remote mountain area.
• For any delays caused by International or domestic flights, strikes, change of Government regulations, weather or natural casualties etc. In such cases we shall be responsible for providing suitable alternatives which could be decided upon mutual agreement.
• We aspect your flexibility nature while in remote area, because the ultimate goal of our team is always to see your happiness and to make a trip successful and memorable.

Cancellation policy 

10% cancellation is entertained for if the tour cancelled more than 30 days from the first date of travel.
25% cancellation is entertained for if the tour cancelled from 10-29 days from the first date of travel.
50% cancellation is entertained for if the tour cancelled from 04-09 days from the first date of travel.
100 % cancellation will be entertained if 03 days or fewer days from the first date of travel.

Note

If you had to cancel the confirmed tour because of your serious case/ circumstances we could help you with not applying any cancellation charge or by reducing the cancellation charge for the possible subject and it is with the appropriate proof and reason from the clients.
