The Annapurna Base Camp trek is a captivating adventure through the picturesque landscapes of the Annapurna region in Nepal. Starting from the charming town of Pokhara, the journey takes trekkers through lush forests, traditional villages, and awe-inspiring terrains. Itinerary

Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Rest, prepare, and do any necessary last-minute shopping for the trek.

Take a scenic drive (6-7 hours) or a short domestic flight to Pokhara, a beautiful lakeside town and the starting point for the trek.

Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul (1.5 hours) and then trek to Ghandruk (1,940m) which takes around 5-6 hours. Ghandruk is a charming Gurung village with stunning mountain views.

Trek from Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2,170m) which takes around 5-6 hours. Chhomrong is another picturesque village with great views of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli.

Trek from Chhomrong to Bamboo (2,310m) which takes around 4-5 hours. The trail descends steeply to the Chhomrong Khola and then ascends through bamboo and rhododendron forests.

Trek from Bamboo to Deurali (3,230m) which takes around 3-4 hours. The trail passes through dense forests and offers glimpses of waterfalls and mountains.

Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) which takes around 4-5 hours. As you approach ABC, you'll be surrounded by majestic peaks, including Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Machapuchare (Fishtail), and others.

Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the mountains and then trek back to Bamboo, which takes around 7-8 hours.

Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,780m) which takes around 5-6 hours. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the natural hot springs to soothe your muscles.

Trek from Jhinu Danda to Nayapul (4-5 hours), and then drive back to Pokhara (1.5 hours) and onward to Kathmandu either by flight or road.
