Itinerary

Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa Gonggar Airport. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Lhasa.
Rest and acclimatize to the altitude.

Visit the iconic Potala Palace (altitude: approximately 3,700 meters), the former winter residence of the Dalai Lama.
Explore the Jokhang Temple (altitude: approximately 3,650 meters), the holiest temple in Tibetan Buddhism, located in the heart of Lhasa.
Wander through Barkhor Street, a bustling marketplace surrounding the Jokhang Temple.

Drive from Lhasa to Namtso Lake, one of the most beautiful and sacred lakes in Tibet.
Enjoy the stunning scenery of the Tibetan plateau en route to Namtso Lake.
Spend time exploring the area around the lake, taking in the breathtaking views and possibly interacting with local nomads.

Drive back to Lhasa from Namtso Lake.
Visit the Sera Monastery (altitude: approximately 3,700 meters), known for its lively debates among monks.
