Scenic Landscapes

  • The trek takes you through diverse terrain, including lush forests, terraced fields, rugged gorges, and high mountain passes. You'll encounter stunning vistas of snow-capped peaks, cascading waterfalls, and pristine alpine lakes along the way.
  • Off-the-Beaten-Path
  • Compared to popular trekking routes like the Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Circuit, the Manaslu Circuit offers a quieter and less-visited experience. You'll trek through remote and untouched landscapes, far from the crowds, providing a sense of solitude and tranquility.
  • Challenging Pass Crossing
  • One of the highlights of the trek is crossing the challenging Larkya La Pass (5,160m/16,929ft). This high mountain pass offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks but requires proper acclimatization and physical fitness.
  • Manaslu Conservation Area
  • The trek is located within the Manaslu Conservation Area, a protected area renowned for its biodiversity and natural beauty. You'll trek through pristine forests, home to a variety of flora and fauna, including rare wildlife like snow leopards and Himalayan Thars.
  • Optional Extension Tsum Valley
  • Many trekkers choose to extend their journey by exploring the nearby Tsum Valley, a hidden Himalayan gem known for its ancient monasteries, sacred caves, and unique Tibetan culture. The Tsum Valley adds an extra layer of adventure and cultural immersion to the Manaslu Circuit Trek.
