You can do your trekking in Nepal at any time of the year though the popular seasons are Spring (Feb- May) and Autumn (Sep – Nov ). Winter is very cold above 4000m because of the snow on the high mountain passes. So keep your self at lower altitude. During the Munsoon seasoon (Jun- Aug) you can make trekking in the rain shadow areas north of Himalayas like in Mustang, Manang, and Dolpa where rain cloud can not reach them. The best part about trekking in this seasons is that the routes are less crowed and the meadows are green and in full blossom.
