Overview
This trek is the combination of 3 different areas. Langtang and Helambhu are the special villages with different culture, customs, Amazing and stunning landscapes and authentic Tamang culture in the Langtang side and Tibetan culture and life style in Helambu side and Gosaikynda is one of the Holies lake (with Hindu religion) in the high mountain The Langtang region is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Nepal ,Langtang is the nearest trekking destination from Kathmandu connected by road transport.
The highlights of this trek are magnificent forests, the high alpine meadows and yak pastures (Himalayan animal) around Kyangjin Gompa (Buddhist monastery). 360-degree views of the Himalayan Mountains are truly spectacular from Kyanzjin Ri.
At the Helambu and Gosaikunda side on the way from Laurebina pass (4600m) one can have a absolute view of Dorje Lakpa , Yala Peak, Ganesh Himal, Kangchempo, Langshisa Ri,and other many snow mountains.
Itinerary
Day 01. Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 02. Rest day and preparation
Day 03 .Drive to Syabru Bensi (1,462m)
Day 04. Trek to Lama Hotel (2,480m)
Day 05. Trek to Mundu (3,543m) via Langtang village (3,307m)
Day 06 Trek to Kyanjing Gompa (3,870m)
Day 07. Day Hikking to Kyinjin Ri, (4771 m) and back to Kyangzin Gompa.
Day 08 .Trek to Lama Hotel (2,480m)
Day 09. Trek to Thulo Syabru (2,260m)
Day 10. Trek to Sing Gompa (3,330m)
Day 11.Trek to Gosain Kunda (4,400m) (Famous Holy Lake for Hindus)
Day 12 Trek to Ghopte (3,440m)
Day 13 Trek to Melamchigaun (2,560m)
Day 14 Trek to Sermathang (2,621m)
Day 15 Trek to Melamchi Bazar (846m)
Day 16 Drive to Kathmandu.
