Overview

 

It is one of the most spectacular Eco-trekking routes situated in the Everest region of Nepal. The route offers breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset over the Mount Everest. Sherpa Land is located at Lower Solu Khumbhu / Everest Region. Rich in flora and fauna, one can observe the Himalayan vegetation and herbal medicinal plants and the local Sherpa culture and stunning Himalayan views of countless snowcapped mountains, including Mt. Everest.
The maximum altitude will be only up to 4000m.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m) and Transfer to Hotel

Day 02: Preparation

Day 03: Drive to Maratika Cave (1355m)

Day 04: Visit Maratika Cave Group meditation and personal wish fulfilling meditation / Butter lamp offering/
Prostration

Day 05: Drive to Dhap (2932m) Enjoy the stunning view of Mt.Everest, and other snow mountains view and
Overnight.

Day 06: Trek to Japre(2820m) and overnight, on way lunch and observe some herbal medicines plants through
the local village also beautiful Monastery and Stupa standing in Japre.

Day 07: Japre to Bulbhule (3300m) through the green forest and hill with snow Mountain View  and
Rhododendron

Day 08: Trek to Gonkhandinma (2700m) Monastery and Stupa at the meadow between Pine trees and
Rhododendron and and mountain Animal Yak cattle.

Day 09: Trek to Jyangdingma(2800m). Enjoy the green hill side and vegetation / Traditional Mani and /
Traditional yak and mountain cow cattle’s.

Day 10: Decend to Ripal (2500m)  visit Old monastery, Stupa and Mani.

Day 11: Ascend to Ramding Hill and to Dhupi Surke (2900m) . Crossing the Kilkhording
Monastery totally destroyed by the devasting Earthquake in 2015.now just remaining around 100 meditation
cottage. And Visit Monastery Stupa and Sherpa Cultural Programme and well come party in Dhupi Surke.

Day 12. Ascend to Gondingma(2700m) same way back until Ramding.

Day 13: Trek to Lhamuje(3000m) and enjoy the natural landscape, Jungle , Herbal medicine plants ..

Day 14: Trek to Samsingma(3500m) and same activity

Day 15: Trek to Pikey(4000m) (Most famous Peak in Lower Solu Khumbhu Region. Visit the old Yak Milk Dairy
and, here you can see the Yak and Nak the wild mountain Animal. But they are so friendly (But not to touch
them. and also you can see the Rhododendron Plant from which we produce Rhododendron Tea.

Day 16: Descend to Pikey Khop (3000m) through the Rhododendron Tree.

Day 17: Trek To Taktar (2700m) Sherpa Village.

Day 18: Trek to Junbesi (2700m) Small Town. Beautiful Sherpa Houses and guest Houses. And Monasteries.

Day 19: Trek to Phaplu (2469m) Domestic Airport.

Day 20: Flight to Kathmandu.(about 40 Min)

Day 21:Departure
